- MONTHLY BALANCES
- 12 months on one tab, one box for each account each month. Totals, net worth and the change for each month.

Made to be easy
- You type only in the yellow boxes. Example numbers show how it works.
- One clear line, like "Up $12,030 since January". Green when it goes up, amber when it goes down.
- Biggest mover: the one account that changed your net worth the most since last month.
- Type debts as plus numbers. The sheet takes them away for you.
- A house or a car? Type what it is worth today, if you sold it.
- Paid off a debt? Keep its line and type 0.
- Orange "Check" words catch typos, like a minus sign on a debt or a month you forgot.

Questions people ask
How do I get the files?
This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After you pay on Etsy, download the files from your Etsy account (Purchases). Open the PDF guide first.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Use the free Google Sheets app. The guide has buttons to make your own copy, light or dark. It also works in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer.
What is net worth?
What you own minus what you owe. Add up your bank, savings, retirement and what your car or home is worth. Take away your loans and card balances. What is left is your net worth. It can be below zero. What counts is that it goes up.
How often do I type?
Once a month is enough. The 1st of the month is easy to remember. It takes about 2 minutes. Skip a month, and the sheet uses the latest month you filled in.
What do I type for my house or car?
What it is worth today, if you sold it. The loan on it goes in your debts, as a plus number.
What happens next year?
The sheet holds one year, January to December. For a new year, make a new copy. Or type the new year at the top of MONTHLY BALANCES and type over the balances.
